QUALITY / ENGINEERING INTERN
Description
We are seeking a motivated Quality/Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting quality, manufacturing, and engineering initiatives within a dynamic foundry environment. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on continuous improvement projects, process evaluations, data analysis, and product quality initiatives.
This role is ideal for a student who enjoys problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and applying engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing technical and professional skills in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Interest in quality systems, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support quality and process improvements.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CAD software or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers, operators, and quality personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or experience related to quality control, statistics, manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of foundry operations, metallurgy, or casting processes is beneficial but not required.
- Previous internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience is a plus.
Engineering Manager
Description
We’re seeking a high-energy Engineering Manager to lead a growing engineering team and drive continuous improvement across tooling design, quoting, and technology advancement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives om a fast-moving, collaborative environment, leads by example, and enjoys a mix of hands-on engineering and team leadership.
You will manage engineering staff, oversee project assignments, and work directly with customers on new part development and design criteria. The position also includes mechanical design work, tooling development, PPAP documentation, and inspection/testing of castings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field .
- CAD experience preferred; robotics experience strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, communication skills, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently, research solutions, and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and leading by example.
ROBOTICS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Production Worker- Foundry
Description
A local steel foundry with several openings for entry-level foundry labor on. Join our Eagle team as we are a growing and profitable company. We currently are not hiring but we are accepting applications.
Requirements
Any experience in foundry is preferred but not required. Openings are in the cleaning dept (Grinding, Torching and Welding). We are hiring for 1st and 3rd shift.
